custom code Ads unit npt working After the Content (automatic)

I have added the Adsense code as a custom code and placed the ad unit “After the content (Automatic), ads unit load in HTML source, but nothing display. IF I again switch to custom Ads to “Adsense” in this plugin setting again ads unit starting to display.

In this custom Ads unit I placed the normal Adsense code (without modify for testing) which is available on Adsese account.

Note!
I tested Adsese code in the custom code unit because future I want to use only <script async src="https://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js"></script> entire site. But this testing I didn’t removed that JS script in that custom ads unit.
