Custom checkbox is inactive when order status “complete”

    Hello,

    I have a big problem.

    We have a shop with woocommerce and “germanized pro”. We use cleverreach with this plugin (Connects – CleverReach Addon) for newsletters.

    Our problem is: The admin set the order status to “complete” and the checkbox “subscribe to newsletter” will set to inactive.

    Why does the order status “complete” change the checkbox state?

    The problem is not solved, yet. The problem is the plugin “Official CleverReach? Plugin for WooCommerce”.
