    Hi there,

    1. How can I change the chat button icon?
    2. Can I set up auto-replies? The same as Facebook messenger.
    3. Can users use the chatbot without Facebook account?

    1. Facebook handle the icon, fb is not added api to change the icon

    2. can user chabots like chatfuel, manychat to create a bot.
    getting started message alone – can do it form fb page settings

    3. no, to chat in fb messenger, have to login to messenger/facebook
