Custom changes won’t save

  • I recently changed to your Ocean WP theme and cannot get some of the custom changes, specifically the background color and the menu font to change when published. I selected the background color in both General Options: General Styling and in General Settings and it still won’t change to the color.

    Please don’t ask me to load Ocean Extra, I did and it slowed down my site considerably so I disabled it.

    First of all, that’s really weird that you couldn’t access the website. I can load it without a problem. It does have some geo-blocking so if you’re located in Russia, China or India, that may be why you couldn’t access it. https:// https://www.ifitshipitshere.com

    How do I attach snapshots? I have a screen grab of how it appears in the customizer and how it appears online.
