Custom Certificate not working

    Hi. I’ve uploaded my custom certificate image and it shows in the “Certificate background image ” section, however, the plugin is not using it. How do I make it make use of the custom .png?

    Just for other readers: please note that the issue was solved on the customer’s end.
    This kind of issue can be arisen due to server restrictions.
