Custom Category Page

Hello,
I would like to design the existing default Category page (https://blog.lillypad.ai/category/seascope/) to match the design of latest posts page (https://blog.lillypad.ai/latest-blog-posts/).
In other words to show only excerpts instead of complete posts.
Any insight would be appreciated.
