Yes, the plugin can be used for displaying latest posts with its featured image for certain category/categories. You can display content from post and its title or any other metadata over the image. Thank you.

To clarify, we have #17 categories to display ONLY the latest post from, and also display the category that it appears within (with read more etc), the slider can do this out of the box?

We have two options- either selecting one category or selecting all categories. If those are all your categories, then this will work. Thank you.

Thanks, I tried it but it doesn’t do what we want.

We have #17 categories in the “knowledge” section, and we need to display the latest (only one) post from each of those #17 categories.

Unfortunately we do not have support for this option. Only all categories and single category can be displayed, plus the latest posts will do. Thank you.
