Custom Capability to edit this plugin

    The plugin doesn’t appear to have that as something customizable, so the only way would be to modify it directly.

    That said, the postings are posts, so you may want to use a custom post type, instead, and limit employers to that.

    Thank you, but how do I use the custom post type to have my custom role “employers” do that? Sorry I am still learning the system.

    The role the plugin is set to is “edit_pages”. So right now there is no custom role, but if you just change that in the plugin to whatever you need it to be, then you should be alright.
