Custom capabilities for Redirection plugin

I’d like to assign the ability to access the Redirection plugin to a role other than Administrator, but it is not listed in the Custom Capabilities. If I add that, what do I need to more than just name it “redirection”? How do I make sure it corresponds with the plugin access?
