custom capabilities for PPD plugin?

    hi roland,
    thank you for the great plugin. you may remember, we are using your plugin for the Lonersonwheels.com members management system.
    The manager has reduced capabilities centering on managing membership.
    We are using the User Role Manager plugin to manage capabilities but we need to be able to enable “delete” and “export” participants to her capabilities. I don’t want to use the built in WP capabilities as these would enable manager with more capabilities unrelated to member management.

    hi roland,
    the delete and export buttons are now available for the manager role (based on editor role). i am not sure why they disappeared, but, they are now there and functioning.
