custom button not showing

    i have added custom buttons to the product pages and they are not showing up at all.

    in the settings it is set to display on the single product page and cart button settings is set to “both”

    i have the same settings and using the same theme on another website and there it is working, so not sure why not now…

    another question which i have is i am trying to export the products including the information for the custom buttons. how do i do that?
    please can you help me asap.
