The custom button image shows fine in Firefox, Edge and even Chrome on Android but will not show properly on first load in desktop Chrome.

It will show the standard Paypal button instead, and if I reload the page while the Paypal button is showing it will then load the custom image but if I go to the top of the page and CTRL+F5 and then scroll back down to the button is does not show the custom button.

I have tried loading jquery in the header and that doesn’t work either. Please help.

Actually I just discovered that the custom image doesn’t always load in Edge desktop or Chrome Android either. Seems to be completely random whether you get it or not in both.

The custom image always loads in Firefox though for some reason.

Hi @naa986 thanks for taking a look, is there a way I can send you a link privately?

Ah of course, OK thanks, just sent.

    Noor –

I’m having the same problem – the yellow subscribe button appears at first in google chrome. When I refresh the browser, the custom button appears.

In Firefox & IE, it appears that the custom button always shows first.

Were you able to fix this problem for gareth401?
