Custom break in pages instead of page 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc

What I want, is that in a long post, when I break in multiple pages to:
1. Have a next/preview
2. ?nstead of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 to have custom text. For instance, if I make top 100 most beautiful songs, to be able to change “2” with 15 to 36″.
3. To be able to put thumbnails for each page.How can I do that? And, most importantly, what file I need to change? I can’t find single.php, I am using fastblog theme.
