Custom Breadcrumbs?

I currently have breadcrumbs enabled in the theme. The blog/posts page has been retitled to something other than the default “Blog”, but the breadcrumbs on the blog page still show “Blog”

Is there a way to either customize what breadcrumb should be used for each page, or have the theme breadcrumbs inherit the page title?
