Custom box for a single variable

I need the custom box “Please tell us what sweets you would like?” to only pop up when “Choose your own” Is selected. But not to pop up when the other options are selected “Vegan, Random and Fizzy”.

For customizing the behavior of the Choose your own option, it is best to reach out to the support channel of the plugin that enables it, as it is not part of the core WooCommerce functionality.
