Custom base” with value “/%product_cat%” is not working in woocommerce

  • When i set product permalink is set to “Custom base” with value “/%product_cat%”, the Cart and checkout pages are showing page not found error. but it working fine when i add a base before /%product_cat%. I need to need set “Custom base” as “/%product_cat%”. Is there any problem with me or server or plugin versions?

  • Did you find a solution to this? I am having the same problem and I only want /%product_cat% and not something in front of it.
