Custom Audiences & Facebook TOS

  • Found a bug. Was having an issue creating Custom Audiences. Every time I try and make one I get the following error “Terms of service has not been accepted. To accept, go to https://www.facebook.com/customaudiences/app/tos” despite having already agreed to the TOS. Turns out it wasn’t forwarding me to my business account FB TOS. Turned on debug mode and found the proper URL.

    Hi,
    sorry for my late response. This issue is very weird. Unfortunately, that message comes from the Facebook API and it’s not decided by Pixel Caffeine. So, make sure you accepted all terms of services of facebook marketing services and in case try to open a new issue in their public forum: https://www.facebook.com/help/community/ask/
