Custom audience who click on the button “buy now”

  • is it possible with pixel caffeine create a custom audience able to identify all those who click on the button “buy now” and then creating a custom audience of all those who have made this action?

    Hi,

    you can create the specific action in the “Conversions/Events” tab of plugin admin. Identify the css class or css ID used by the “Buy Now” button and add a new custom conversion event based by “css selector”. On creating, specify a custom event name, so you can link it on a new custom audience.

    Unfortunately, yet it’s not possible create the custom audience with event as filter from the plugin itself. I can suggest you to use business manager for these kind of CAs ??

    That is a feature on our roadmap for future release, we’ll implement it as soon as possible.
