Custom audience unable to create due to a API Conflict

  • Hi!

    I am trying to create a new custom audience on Pixel Caffeine. But I keep on getting this error:

    “Something goes wrong during the connection with facebook API. Please, try to refresh the page.”

    I have refreshed the page numerous times – but no luck.. Please help me?

    Hello – I have same error – Something went wrong during the connection with Facebook API. Please, try to refresh the page.

    I selected product catalog -> selected google category -> clicked automatic facebook upload -> select create new product category, then give it a name -> then click generate feed file -> the error happen

    Hi,

    please, try to reset the facebook connection from “Advanced Settings” box of General settings admin page of the plugin.
