• We have a problem with the pixel caffeine -would you be able to assist? I can’t edit the custom audiences we’ve created. I’ve seen on a forum someone with a similar issue and the developer said “…most probably there is an issue with the database table. Could you please open your database (phpmyadmin or what else is available on your server) and check that the table wp_aepc_custom_audiences?”
We’ve had a look and it appears that we’re using a custom database prefix so the table on the website is named: “wp_n506c1jv2y_aepc_custom_audiences”. This is a fairly common practice for security reasons but it seems that this plugin isn’t coded properly to account for this. Is there a way to fix this? Thank you

    Hi,

I didn’t understand very well your problem.

Pixel Caffeine already creates the table with the name and the prefix that WordPress provides, considering possible custom prefix. I use the standard $wpdb->prefix as WordPress documentation asks, in order to (as you said) use the same prefix that WordPress uses for all tables in the database. I use it for table creation and for all the queries that Pixel Caffeine does.

    What is your problem exactly?

    Hi Antonino,
    thanks for responding!

I am not able to edit or view any of the custom audiences I have built.
My table under the Custom Audiences tab only includes creating new ones.

Is there a way to send you a screenshot as an example?

    Thanks ??
