    Greetings,
I have a problem with my Google Shopping feed.
Every product on my web has custom attribute “brand” with text value. When I try to map this custom attribute to g:brand, it doesn’t work. Not a single product has g:brand, it just doesn’t show up.
Basic values (like rating, price, description, etc.) work in g:brand, so I think it’s problem with custom attributes.

  • Hi Daniel,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

I need your help to understand what exactly is going wrong as it is a bit hard to determine that from your email.

Could you go to the “Manage feeds” page and add this to your URL &debug=true

Your URL should look something like this now:
    ….wp-admin/admin.php?page=woosea_manage_feed&debug=true

On the screen you should now see a box with a red line on the left side. Could you copy / past the content of that box and e-mail it to me ([email protected])? It will help me to understand how exactly you have configured your product feed and try to solve your issue from there.

    Thank you very much.

    All the best,
    Joris
