To preface, I use Elementor Pro and Woocommerce with Astra theme, I have Archive pages for my blog that sort based on category (the usual)

I also have freebies and products that relate to each category, so I’d like each archive page to be in this format: Freebies, Blog Posts, Products all in the relevant categories.

I’ve gone ahead and created products for all of my freebies and categorized them (using the same categories as my blog) as “‘Category Name’ Freebie” so I can easily pull them for my new archive pages.

Here comes the part I need help with:

I don’t want to manually create pages for each archive. I want to automatically populate them, I’m having trouble figuring out how to tell the Posts widget to dynamically pull the relevant Freebies and Products.

The query would have to be PRODUCTS and change for the freebies (category name concatenated with the word freebie) and just the category name for the actual products.

Any tips on how I can do this?

    Thanks,
    Parm

  • Hi @parms,

I don’t think this is a theme-related or even WooCommerce related query. Since you are using also Elementor Pro, I think this can be done using the Theme Builder feature. I would suggest getting in touch with Elementor support to get the best answer in a better manner.

Since this is not related to the Astra theme, please mark the topic as Resolved. Feel free to open a new topic or reach out to us thru our Support Portal if you have anything related to Astra we can help you with.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??
