Custom Apply form

Is there any way to click on Apply button for a job and it would redirect me to My form Page instead Email and Web address which is currently available in your plugin.

We do not integrate with Cognito so far as I know. However, we do have a way of using Ninja Forms, Gravity Forms, or Contact Form 7. More info about that is here:

Thank you for you respond.. I don’t think the forms that you are integrated will work for me. Is there anyway that I can disable Apply Job Button and create my own button which will redirect me to another page where I have built my form?

You can use the Apply button to send an applicant to whatever URL you want. Example:

To do so, set the Application Email / URL value to the URL of your form in the job submission process:

https://d.pr/i/123Oi/5LbnsaHW

You will also need to make sure you aren’t forcing users to apply with submitted resumes either, since that will override the application URL.
