Custom AMP front page not fully rendering

The AMP front page of our website https://www.mosquitofreeliving.com/amp/ is not fully rendering all the code after the opening div of the ampforwp-comment-wrapper, and as a result is isn’t allowing the Analytics code to track all out visitors that’s coming through this page, even though the rest of the AMP pages are rendering perfectly.

We’ve tried everything fron disabling plugins to switching out pages and nothing works.
