Custom alpha order in a category

#1, I’m not a coder. #2, I need to fix this ). Our website has multiple categories of products, and certain products cross several categories. Most of our products begin with B, C, or M, but in some categories I need “M” products to load before the others, some “C” first. I’ve searched quite a bit, but I’m not finding a way to force products to load differently in certain categories (even tried adding an invisible character in front of B products, no luck).

I also tried using “INSPECT” to put the letter “z” in front of the B product names and make it’s color white, no luck (if B products loaded last in every category that would not be the end of the world). That’s me guessing.
