Custom admin page with dynamic content

Hi,

I need to create an admin page (no problem there), but with an unknown number of options to input. Typically, i know the structure of the kind of data i want to store (let’s say id, name and content), but not the number of items.
So, i want my admin user to be able to input an “option”, and to create as much as he needs (let’s say via a button or a link “one more option please”.

Could someone please help me ?
