Custom added smile is not shown

When I add this smiley https://mob717.photobucket.com/albums/ww173/prestonjjrtr/Smileys%20Summer/7_16_2.gif?t=1267426571 it is not shown in admin section. There is only the label “wp-monalisa icon” instead of the picture. In BP there is only the name :mycustomname: instead of the smile.
