add to cart button custom text, when variable product is out of stock

I want to add on button text which products are “Out of Stock”.

Use following filter.

Exactly, What I’m looking.
I Want to replace the button text with the “Get A Quote”, which products are from the “Out of stock” only and which is redirected to a specific page.

It should work if u can use properly. By the way, try with template overriding.
