    Got a couple of issues when using it with standard [wp_paypal button=”buynow” custom=”” etc]. I am using it with your Product Variations ad-on in case it makes any difference,

    1. The new field is mandatory. Users have to enter something, even if only a space character.
    2. The custom data is not showing to the seller in PayPal. It’s not under “Instruction to Seller”, just the default message of “The buyer hasn’t entered any instructions.”. The custom data is in the WP-PayPal order document and is also in the email that WP-PayPal (optionally) sends to the buyer.

    Please help.
