Custom add new post/upload panel for Registered users

  • Hello,
    I’m using wordpress on one of my site which have around 5k+ registered Users. I dont want the users to see the standard wordpress dashboard I want a custome Panel which supports Add New posts,add/upload pictures,add/upload Videos. is there any way to do that??
