Custom add coupon is not working.

    Hi, I am working on a website where we allow credit or debit purchases. We have an active coupon which we can use to get 5% discount.

    In the debit order the coupon is applied correctly since it works with the WooCommerce native code but in the credit purchase, since a custom code had to be made, it is not applied; the coupon appears in the order but its hover is 0$ and it is not calculated in the subtotal.

    I understand that the coupons are not working as expected in case of credit purchase as some custom coding is in use which may need to be re-adjusted.
