Custo pagination on page problem

Hi,
on MY page I have added php code using wp exec wp plugin. the php code fetches entries from a databse. Now I want to to paginate the results. For that I used this script. But it doesn’t work. The next page link instead of pointing to https://pc-tips.in/indian-tech-bazaar-forums?page=2& points to
https://pc-tips.in/index.php?page=2& . Which redirects back to the index page.How do I fix this ?
please help.
