Custiom Fields – Version 1.0

    I have just installed your plug in.
    In the description of your plugin it states you can add custom fields.
    I would like to add more input fields & radio button in the sign up form section.
    I don’t see how to do this in the admin panel of the plugin. Can you advise how I do this?

    I am also interested about this feature.
    How we can add custom field ?
    If we can’t , can anyone tell me how to make a rule for the name field ? Instead of the name I want that the visitor register to the contest with a number (I want to force it to put there a 14 digit number)
