[cusrev_qna] doesn’t work

    I would like to screenshot a question and answer box on my site, but when i insert this screenshot [cusrev_qna]. When I try to enter a question, however, I cannot send it because the button is inactive.

    I think I have set the settings correctly. What should I do? Thank you

    Every time I click to post a question, it gives this error.

    The shortcode is inserted in the last tab of the product tablist (DOMANDE E RISPOSTE)

    When I try to post a question, the “submit” button doesn’t work.

    Thanks for sharing the URL. This issue is most likely caused by JavaScript errors on your site that happen on page load (even before trying to post a question). Here is a screenshot:

    Please try to resolve these errors by deactivating plugins and/or themes. After that, please try to post a question again.
