Cusrev not displaying on pro & free sites

Hi there
I have two sites I am currently using Cusrev with – 1 PRO & 1 Free – but ufortunately they are not working properly on either site – the frontend is not displaying, only the shortcode is visible.

https://www.leenglow.com (is connected to the key, but unable to work)
https://www.pacificbreezeusa.com (can see in admin view, but visitor cannot see)

All of these plugins are the latest version. These plugins have been deactivated and reactivated.
