The image you have uploaded have that string within the image name.

Hi Kartik Shukla, yes, the title is automatically generated, but for some reason the title is displayed normally in the articles (example https://outdoorsly.org/best-crankbait-rods/, screenshot https://prnt.sc/nkyyey, and most importantly with What kind of superfluous symbolists, in the stays, all the excess is cut off …

Trying to figure out which script or plugin does it. Articles remove all unnecessary things except for the title, but everything remains on the main page.
