Cursor Shifts to Top of Screen After Submit

  • Hi Jerry, increase the redirect to a number higher than 3 seconds. Go to Plugins -> FS Contact Form -> Advanced -> Redirect Settings. See if that helps you.

    Thank you for the reply.
    Unfortunately, it didn’t help even with a value of 15 seconds.
    The problem seems to be that this is NOT a REDIRECT issue.
    I am not redirecting.

    If you go to the bottom of the home page (link above) and click submit (even without filling the form) the browser automatically shifts the cursor to the top of the home page, instead of leaving it exactly where it was so the visitor can see the feedback from the form.

    Not sure what is forcing the cursor to shift, I suspect it is the plugin.

    Any thoughts?

    Problem Solved.
    Need to:
    Enable an HTML anchor tag on the form POST URL.
