I really like what this plugin does and want to keep it, but it’s giving me grief. I’ve tried using it in the text editor only. The cursor placement moved, first 3 and then 4 spaces off to the right of entered text. In other words, if you place the cursor at the end of the text, and type a character, it will appear in the middle of the last word.
Could it be something to do with AddButtonTag? It’s a plugin I really don’t want to give up.
    My browser is Opera 12.16.

I can’t reproduce it. Is this problem still exist after updating to the plugin version 1.5.0?

What text or symbols are you entering to get such a result?

Thank you! The cursor problem showed with v 1.4.8 using any character including spaces. Version 1.5 fixed it.
Now the problem is that the toolbar tags inserted with the AddQuickTag plugin don’t work. (Sorry, I misnamed that plugin in my original query.)

Unfortunately any other plugins that add some functionality to the text editor are not compatible with HTML editor syntax highlighter plugin.
