  • Hi jbendiner, do you have more than 1 contact form plugin?

Active just this one. I was using contact form 7 but I deactivated it.

The reason why I asked is because the shortcode for Contact Form 7 is showing up in the URL above.

In reading thru the other entries I have concluded that this is not happening only to me. Or maybe it is something on my PC that only I see?

Please take a look at this other user of the plugin:

When you click the Submit, the screen shifts down, instead of ‘staying’ with the form.

Is this how it is supposed to be???

The form uses an HTML anchor tag in the post URL to make the form scroll to the div for the form. This feature is useful if your form is on a page with a lot of content, or there are multiple forms on one page. Something in your layout makes that not work the way you want. I think it is the menu that does not scroll with the page.
You can try a theme setting so the menu will scroll with the page,
    or
    Try this:
Go to the form edit settings page, click on the Advanced tab
Look in the Advanced Form Settings
    Uncheck this setting
“Enable an HTML anchor tag on the form POST URL”
