Cursor blinks when choosing between full and custom size for image In Chrome

In Google Chrome when I put an image on page and try to adjust it on Selected Image meta-box when I am deciding if to set a Full size or Custom size the Cursor blinks/flashes a lot.
In other browsers, everything is OK.
