currently reading plugin

  • Hello i would like know if anyone here know of a plugin that i can add in my sidebar that tells of what book i am currently reading?

  • depends on what exactly you want as a result. there are ‘sideblog’ or ‘asides’ plugins that can do simple text. you can also just hand-edit your sidebar.php file as needed.

    if you want something ‘richer’, there’s my CG-Amazon plugin which lets you manage your own catalog of books (or other Amazon-listed items), and there’s a custom tag field you can use to note which you’ll want to list as “currently reading”. many folks around here use it for that end — you can probably search and find many discussions on the topic.
