Currently breaks menu creation

I never used this plugin before but my first install was a pain.
Currently it broke the menu creation process by returning wrong values to some filters like pre_insert_term. Regarding the number of hooks/filters used by this plugin it scares me a lot that some other hooks/filters return wrong values and breaks things…
