current_user_can called too soon

Hello, I’m Dario, the developer of YASR – Yet Another Stars Rating.

I want to let you know that there is a bug when you filter wp_get_attachment_url, in file class-access.php: current_user_can is called too soon.

This will cause a fatal error if a plugin uses get_site_icon_url
