• Hiya,

    I get another call of an client of mine that the reciever don’t an overview for his or her sign-up for an plan and other personal stuff.

    I’ve looked up right away in the backend of the client’s site and troubleshoot it.

    Normally it worked perfectly fine with the tag {{current_user}} to the reciever with an overview for his or her sign-up for an plan and other personal stuff. Then I changed the tag {{E-mail}} and now it worked fine after I tested and I see now green checks that the sending of these mails worked all fine.

    I’m not sure it is an bug or not re: {{current_user}}.

    Due GDPR laws I can’t give the link to the client’s site.

    Thanks in advance!

    Best regards,
    Bas

    @basz85,

    Can you please confirm if you are talking about “User Auto Reply” notification?

    Hi @easyregistrationforms

    Sorry for late reply. Yes, I can confirm that I am referring about ¨User Auto Reply¨ notification.

    It worked before, but not now. That′s why I did {{E-mail}} and worked perfectly. Maybe I misunderstood, but it′s for me logical that I use {{current_user}} haha.

    Thanks,
    Bas

    Hello @basz85,

    {{current_user}} tag will only work if the user submits the form in a logged-in state. It won’t work if the user is not logged into the system. Please check and let us know.
