There’s must be something else that causes the issue. Maybe a plugin? Please try to deactivate all of the installed plugins and see if it solves the issue.

Sorry for the delay.

I noticed that you are using a custom footer created using Elementor instead of the default Astra footer. So, anything you do on the Footer section on the Customizer will not affect the custom footer.

It’s not conflict. All you can do is just edit the year on the Elementor template you use as the custom footer.
