Current Time seems to be off by 5 hours???

I’m not sure why. My WordPress site is set to -5GMT. And it’s 2pm here. Yet the Current Time (that shows on the bar) is 5 hours ahead. instead of saying 14:00:00 for the time, which would represent 2pm EST, it says 19:00:00.
Why? I’m just confused by it’s not displaying the correct current time for my time zone in this place when I look at the Debug Bar.
Any advice?
