Current Time Plugin?

After 4 years I still cannot figure out how to get the time configured in my WP site for Atlantic New York EST. No matter what I do it’s never correct. I found some plugins but they’re a little chaotic. Is there a plugin that is as simple as clicking a drop down and selecting my actual timezone for the entire site? When I look at who’s online it’s like 14hrs ahead.
