Current Taxonomy Terms

Hi, I have been reading the shortcode customization and I really like how I can specify multiple taxonomies in the AND or OR ways. The documentation says that the taxonomy and term must be specified. Is there a way to specify it as such?
taxonomies_or=”tax1:{currentterms=yes};tax2:{currentterms=all}”

Basically I see that the taxonomies must be specified but I was wondering if your plugin can pull the current terms for that taxonomy in an OR and an AND way. And secondarily if the plugin can pull the terms from the current post instead of specifying the taxonomy terms to use.

I have a similar question for the dates. Is there a way to do something like this? (Basically showing posts that were published within 7 days of the current post.)
[catlist before=publishDate’+7 days’ after=publishDate’-7 days’]
