Current taxonomy

Hi,

I would like to show related posts from current custom taxonomy of custom posts. I did this:

[catlist taxonomy="theme" terms="technology,education,leadership,hr" post_type="books" numberposts="3" thumbnail="yes" thumbnail_size="60,60"]

Above is added on a different post_type but with the same taxonomy “theme”.

It is showing random items, but not related to the current post’s taxonomy “theme” and term.

How do I show the posts based on the current’s post taxonomy?
