• Dear Tijmen Smit,

After pressing the current location button on the map it seems for a couple of seconds that the map is trying to zoom on your location but then it resets the map back to a some sort of starting position. And secondly when opening the page for the first time it doesn’t show – in my case – entire Netherlands but only the part where there are some markers. I tried to change this from the settings but then again it resets back to this some sort of starting position. Any advice or update on this?

    Kind Regards Burak G.

Otherwise check out this video that I’ve captured from my screen.

I’m not sure I see anything weird in the video. But because you changed the markers I can’t clearly see what the start location is. You are in Amsterdam, or is that the start location you defined on the settings page?

It does, after adding the store location markers, adjusts the view port of the map to make everything fit and center it.

Normally you first see the marker from your current location on the map, and once that is know it makes a request for locations near the current location and adds them to the map as well.

This can result in moving the map around a bit to make it all fit on the screen.

I understand that, but why doesn’t it zoom in to your current location after requesting it. It shows what your current location is. But then it still shows the total amount of stores that I have entered for the Netherlands. I would expect to zoom in to my current location with a zoom level of 12 for example and then show one or two stores that are near to that customers location. And not the total amount of the stores. If i am in Amsterdam the others store in Rotterdam are not important anymore, right?

I entered Schiphol Airport as my start location. See the link below for the image. It would be nice if we could switch of the moving around to fit it on the screen. Arranging the zooming level according to the start location would be better to my experience. You can already do this but it is being overruled by this fitting into the screen.

Secondly after requesting my current location it shows this image. But it doesn’t zoom into that location. I would expect to do that. Since… See the comment below.

Finally, it shows my current location marker, which almost disappears between the other store markers. But it also shows other stores from cities which are not important at that point, since the user asks for its current location, right? It should zoom into that current location with a specific radius.

Look for the white marker (current location) on top of Amsterdam, if you can spot it of course, because other markers are covering it.

So it would be really really helpful if you can add other options to the settings for these things which I mentioned above.
